Nikolay Minev: Don't wait for the market to decide for you

In an interview for the specialized edition of “24 Hours”—Plovdiv Restart—Agrion CEO Nikolay Minev discussed changes in the agricultural land market and the decisions facing landowners.
In 2025, the average price of agricultural land transactions in Bulgaria will decrease compared to the previous year. The differences between individual regions are also widening. In the Yambol region, for example, the decline exceeds 28%.
This makes the appraisal of each specific property even more important. Location, category, size, intended use, and interest in the area are among the factors that determine its value.
“Every owner needs to know what they own, what the current value of their property is, and what opportunities lie ahead,” notes Nikolay Minev.
Agrion’s experts analyze the characteristics of the land and assist throughout the entire sales process—from verifying the documents to finalizing the transaction.
