In connection with the expansion of the company's business opportunities, we are looking to recruit a Process and Procedures Expert for the city of Agrion. Plovdiv

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops internal policies, processes and procedures relevant to the Company's operations;
- Effectively document each process taking into account the objective and independent opinion of each of the process participants;
- Participates in the process of creating, agreeing, distributing and maintaining internal policies, procedures and instructions for all structural and organizational units of the Company;
- Maintains a record of all current and rescinded policies, processes, procedures and work instructions;
- Conducts training to Company employees on current or newly introduced policies, procedures and instructions;
- Annually review and update all internal Company procedures and instructions;
- Establishes new internal procedures and instructions when required;
- Makes updates to internal procedures as the need arises;
- Makes updates to internal procedures as processes change;
- Arranges for re-signing of all internal procedures and instructions when changes in management occur;
- Participates in any working groups related to and the creation or updating of work policies, procedures or instructions;
- Monitors compliance and enforcement of company internal policies and procedures;

Requirements:
- University degree in economics or management;
- Document handling skills and experience in an administrative position;
- Excellent computer literacy - MS office, experience working Visio.
